In person pick up: 2 hours of notice in advance required. We will pull, clean, and wet the plants. Loading is only done under drivers supervision. Please make sure to secure the trees according DOT requirements. We are not responsible for loose cargo. Documents for agriculture inspection will be provided upon leaving. Driver’s signature is required before leaving the farm.

Truck load pick up: 3 days of notice in advance required. All loads are EXW. We only load trucks from valid companies that are listed on SAFER (DOT) and permitted to haul agricultural products. We will pull, clean, and wet the plants. Loading is only done under drivers supervision. We will need up to 3 hours of loading. If it’s an open top trailer, please make sure to secure the trees according DOT requirements. We are not responsible for loose cargo. Only seven days of transport in a refrigerated trailer and only two days of transport in a non-refrigerated trailer and one day of transport with open top trailer is recommended as they will die and we will not be responsible for the loss. Documents for agriculture inspection will be provided upon leaving. Driver’s signature is required before leaving the farm.
